Believe it or not, your manufacturing customers are on social media. In fact, that is one of the most powerful ways to connect with them.


I know what you're thinking... You don't have time for social or you're unsure about the ROI. Social media is here to stay, and you need to be on it to both connect with an audience and grow your customer base. Here's how to get started.
First, pick your platform(s). Figure out the lowest hanging fruit for your brand, whether that's pictures or how-to content or something else.

Then, scope out what others in your space are doing on that platform. Not just competitors, but also influencers and thought leaders. Follow them and connect with their audiences.

Finally, just start creating. Even if it's just one post a week, just start making content. If you spend too much time planning and strategizing, you'll never start pushing out content, and therefore never get an audience.
